Operational Service Manager – Gynaecology Directorate
Band 8b

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operational Manager to work in the Gynaecology Directorate. This role is pivotal in leading and transforming our service, working closely with the Clinical Director, Matron and General Manager for the Surgery, Women & Oncology Division (SUWON).

The post holder will have experience of delivering against operational performance targets and will have strong communication, engagement skills and a good level of IT literacy. Attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks is essential. You will also possess strong managerial, strong personnel and leadership skills which are integral to this role. We are looking for a talented manager to lead on operational performance in the Gynaecology Directorate and to play an integral part in the further development of our services.
