An fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Critical Care Team  as  a Band 7 Unit Manager on the Churchill Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at the Churchill Hospital in Oxford.

We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, innovative and dynamic leader to lead the existing Churchill team and further develop our service as we look to the future.

The Churchill Intensive care unit is a modern purpose built 8 bedded unit which works in conjunction with the intensive care unit at the John Radcliffe hospital. CICU enjoys a variety of case mix from specialties such as Transplant service,  Haematology, Maxillofacial surgery and Upper and Lower GI services. It is an interesting place to work and is supported by a well established and cohesive team. 

We are looking for applicants who would enjoy the autonomy of leading and developing a team and striving for excellence in all that they do.  

We are keen to invite informal visits and conversations about the role.
