The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the country. It provides a wide range of general and specialist clinical services and is a base for medical education, training and research.

Complaints Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Complaints Team as Team Administrator. The Complaints Team is a target driven service, the appointed individual will work closely with the other members of the team and ensure that efficient administration and office management support is offered to them, including the Complaints and PALS Manager, therefore experience of working in a busy office environment is desirable.
The post holder will have contact with patients, carers, relatives, Trust staff and professionals involved in the complaints process and must therefore be able to deal with others in an efficient, yet sensitive and sympathetic manner.
The role requires someone who pays attention to detail, is able to work under pressure and has a cheerful and pleasant manner about them.
This will be a challenging, but rewarding role for the right candidate.
