We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Pathway Administrator to join our friendly team in the Children’s Service at the John Radcliffe Hospital.


The post involves providing full administrative support to Consultants and their teams, this includes typing of correspondence, dealing with telephone enquiries, organising meetings and arranging outpatient and consultant diary appointments.

Knowledge of the Trust's Electronic Patient Record System (EPR) would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given. Good administration skills are required.

This position requires the demonstration of strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team member.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
