Our Trust is recruiting enthusiastic, highly motivated Band 5 Paediatric/Neonatal nurses, to join our dynamic, dedicated, forward thinking professional team which serves a wide geographical area with rural and urban communities. We are looking for flexible individuals with a passion to develop both themselves and the service.

You will be reliable, flexible, motivated, have excellent clinical skills, a commitment to on-going learning and development, a commitment to delivering high quality care, and be willing and open to embracing positive change and transformation in order to meet the demands of the community we serve.

The successful candidates will be required to work on both the John Radcliffe and Horton hospital sites. It is envisaged that when the Horton SCBU unit opens these successful applicants will transfer to the Horton and be instrumental in embedding the new unit and service.

The John Radcliffe is a 53 bedded unit comprising of ITU, HDU and special care. The Horton Hospital Unit is an 8 bedded unit who admit babies greater than 34 weeks gestation, which require special care.

We are looking for dedicated and flexible individuals with neonatal experience.
You will have a desire to develop as a professional and a commitment to ongoing education.
