We are seeking a motivated enthusiastic band 7 sister/charge nurse to manage the Children’s ward at the Horton Hospital The Horton Hospital is based in the North of Oxfordshire and provides local Children’s services on a general Paediatric Ward and Outpatient department. The ward has ENT/ Dental and Plastic surgery lists There are close links with the Oxford based services and the teams are supportive and friendly. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ward sister/ charge nurse to be part. of the senior team providing inspirational leadership to support the medical and nursing teams to continue to provide outstanding and high quality care to children and families. As a Sister/Charge Nurse you will bring outstanding clinical skills, leadership, knowledge, and a desire to maintain a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will be well supported by the Matron, Senior Nursing teams. We passionately believe in promoting care and compassion to all our patients and provide a holistic child and family-centered approach to all the children and young people in our care.
