An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a band 5 staff nurse post with the forthcoming expansion of the vascular unit and recent opening of a vascular triage unit.

There are three teams of nurses each supported by a team leader, the Ward Sister, a Matron and Divisional Nurse.

The unit shares a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, and is led by a team of five vascular surgeons. You will have the opportunity to care for patients with numerous vascular conditions working towards evidence based practice.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and within the team.
