We are looking for Emergency Nurse Practitioners Band 7 level interested in joining the senior team based within the Emergency Department at the Horton General Hospital.
We aim to deliver a patient centred style of practice that promotes and reflects the values and beliefs of a dedicated Emergency Nurse Practitioner service The ENP service is completely integrated with front door emergency teams at both the Horton and John Radcliffe EDs. We are able to provide unique opportunities in development of advanced practitioner skills within both acute and minor emergency care models at masters level

Key role:
• Deliver a patient centred style of practice that promotes and reflects the values and beliefs of the Emergency Nurse Practitioner service, acting as a role model for other nursing staff and allied health professionals
• Participate in the development, research and clinical project work within the Emergency Department as a whole
• Contribute to the provision of a positive learning environment and provide mentorship for undergraduate, postgraduate and other health care professional students
• Demonstrate ability to practice as an Advanced Emergency Nurse Practitioner, showing aptitude to practice at a higher level and demonstrate Masters level thinking
