 The Deputy Operational Service Manager role is a brand new role to support the operational management of this large Directorate, with oversight of a number of different services and support from a team of Service managers and Service support managers.

 We are looking for someone experienced in operational management with a desire to deliver on a service improvement agenda within AMR’s rapidly changing services. Urgent care experience is desirable but not essential.

The coming years are looking exciting within AMR, with expansion of our Emergency department on the JR Site and continuous service improvement work to provide better care closer to home and avoid unnecessary hospital admission where possible - now is a great time to join this Directorate.
