We are seeking to appoint a full time Waiting List Assistant, on a Fixed Term for 12 months, to join our friendly team within the Specialist Surgery Waiting List Team at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford. The post involves providing administrative support to the Waiting List Team, dealing with booking admission dates, pre-op assessment appointments, telephone enquiries, Inpatient PTL management amongst other basic office duties. Knowledge of the Trust’s Electronic Patient Record System (EPR) and knowledge of elective access standards would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.

The positon requires the demonstration of strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team member. If you are self-motivated and keen to join our team then we would encourage you to apply.
