We are looking for an organised professional with extensive administrative and secretarial experience to join and support our team.

This varied role includes providing high level confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Director of PPIEE and Medical Director, Oxford AHSN.

As part of this role it is important to be able to professionally liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders in the healthcare system and to be able work independently to action and prioritise work.          

The Oxford AHSN is delivering programmes and themes that encompass a broad range of initiatives to improve the health and wealth of the 3.3m people in the region. The Patient and Public Involvement, Engagement and Experience (PPIEE) theme underpins everything the Oxford AHSN does. It ensures that working with the public, patients and carers is integral to the work of the AHSN and supports the delivery of person-centred care in our partner organisations.
