A vacancy has arisen for a full-time Administrative Assistant within the Gynaecology Department at the John Radcliffe Hospital.

The successful candidate will be required to work within the outpatient area working on the appointments for patients both at the John Radcliffe and Horton Hospitals. This will require working on multiple systems and being able to prioritise your workload accordingly. There will be times when you are asked to work within other areas of the department helping to cover the reception desk or ward reception, as well as other duties that may be required.

The department are looking for someone who can demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving, the ability to prioritise in a challenging environment and who has had previous patient or customer service experience. Previous EPR experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
