This is an exciting opportunity to join the Renal IT team for a 6 month fixed term period. Through working with the Senior Technology Projects Manager this role will support with the implementation of a new module through EPR and will support with the electronic records for all transplant patients.

We are looking for an innovative individual who can facilitate the transition from paper based to electronic as part of our Trust’s paper light initiative. Based on one of the world’s leading Electronic Health Records systems, your focus will be on meeting the needs of the Renal service and its patients.
