We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist/Assistant Pathway Administrator, to join our friendly team within the Blenheim Head and Neck Unit at the Churchill Hospital in Oxford. The post involves providing reception and administrative support to the outpatients department , including:

Greeting patients and Visitors, Dealing with telephone queries, Clinic preparation, booking out-patient appointments on the trusts electronic patient record system (EPR) and providing administrative support to the team. To provide assistance to the secretarial team with the use of DictateIT, adhering to the trusts 10 day turnaround target. Administrative support when required, including providing basic cover to the Patient Pathway Administrators during periods of sickness, annual leave or workload increases.

 

This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work alone, under your own initiative, as well as working within a team. If you are self-motivated and keen to join our team then I would encourage you to apply.

 

Knowledge of the trusts Electronic Patient Record System and DictateIT would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
