Working Saturday and Sunday (08.00-16.00) every weekend.

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for one part-time Emergency Department Supervisor to join the Emergency Department team based at the John Radcliffe Hospital to work weekends (08.00-16.00).

 The post will include management of staffing rotas and authorising annual leave, managing sickness absence and appraisals for the administration team. In addition, the individual must be able to assist in the training of new staff, and help staff keep up to date with their competencies.

 The role requires the post holder to be able to adapt to change at short notice and guide others through this process. An ability to work carefully and accurately and to use own initiative.

 The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility and reliability in order to contribute to the delivery of a first class service to all users.
