Oxford University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust requires a highly motivated, reliable and flexible Estates Facilities Manager to work as a key member of the Estates Management Team. You will have extensive knowledge of facilities soft FM services and suitable experience of working within a challenging environment.


The post holder will work in parallel with the Horton Facilities Manager to maintain delegated facilities soft FM services across three Trust Hospital sites. This post will also liaise with key Trust departments to ensure that services are delivered smoothly and with little or no effect on patient care services.


Duties include, but are not exclusive:


• Trust wide Waste Management
• Headington Hospitals Linen Management
• Trust wide Postal Services Management
• Headington Hospitals Ground and Gardens Management
• Trust wide Pest Control Management
• CH Balancing Pond Management
• Slip, Trips and Falls Management


The post holder will have a full understanding of current legislation, in particularly HTM 07:01 and be responsible for ensuring compliance with Trust Policies, procedures.


The post holder should have a recognized qualification in facilities management, and have sufficient time served experience to enable them to undertake the duties of the post.


Hours are 08.00am to 16.00pm Monday to Friday. 27 days annual leave plus public holidays.
