Oxford University Hospital NHS Trust requires a highly motivated, reliable and flexible Senior Operational Estates Manager to work as a senior key member of the Estates Management Team. You will be a key player leading in a proactive role within a dynamic and innovative department, charged with delivering key objectives to meet both departmental and Trusts objectives.

The post holder will assist the Head of Operational Estates in providing effective leadership of the Operational Estates team, encouraging and developing team working and delivering increased productivity. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively lead, motivate and develop the team and to provide support regarding training needs and staff development.

The post holder will manage and operate complex technical systems and processes across the Trust, ensuring compliance with Trust Policies, procedures and associated legislation.

The post holder will be appointed to Authorised Person’s roles in keeping with requirements laid down in Hospital Technical Memorandums (HTM) and Health and Safety documentation.

The post holder will be required to participate in the Management Emergency On-Call rota.

Hours are 08.00am to 16.00pm Monday to Friday. 27 days annual leave plus public holidays.
