Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest acute teaching trusts in the UK, employing more than 12,000 people and has a turnover in excess of £1 bn. 

A new opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner. This role represents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and flexible individual to support the Clinical Divisions across the Trust. You will gain valuable experience in working in one of the largest acute teaching hospital trusts in the country to progress your career.

You will have a CCAB Qualification and preferably at least 2 years post qualification experience working within a finance role. Previous experience working within a large complex organisation is highly desirable.

As a Finance Business Partner you will be accountable for providing financial leadership and support to directorates within the Division, ensuring effective use of financial resources in pursuit of agreed Trust goals. There is also scope for these roles to take a lead on several division wide programmes including income, demand & capacity and PLICS.

It is essential that you are highly numerate, analytical with excellent written and verbal communication skills and are willing to work under your own initiative and as part of team. You should also have strong prioritising and organisational skills.

You must possess solid influencing and IT skills, with the ability to develop effective working relations with a range of directors, clinicians and other corporate/operational managers.
