Due to the success of the previous Supported Hospital Discharge Service Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH FT) has been awarded a contract with Oxfordshire County Council to provide Hospital Discharge Reablement and Community Reablement across Oxfordshire. The new service HART is looking for support workers to join our newly expanded team. You will be based within either The John Radcliffe Hospital, the Horton General Hospital or Abbey Centre, Abingdon.

We are holding a recruitment open day for Support Workers and Band 5 Assessors on Saturday 27th April between 10am-2pm. The venue is,

We are looking to recruit Assessors and Support Workers to work as part of a large team providing care and reablement support to patients and clients in their own homes. Contracts of up to 36hrs are available (37.5hrs Assessors), worked over a 2 week rota to include every other weekend. Care is delivered to service users between the hours of 7am and 10pm. We can also offer weekend only or evening only posts.

Support Workers will earn an annual salary of £21,210 (pro rata for part time hours) and Assessors starting pay £24,214.

You will need to hold a full driving license and have a reliable car available for work. Mileage payments will be paid at 45p per business mile.
