We are looking to recruit a new Recruitment Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in the HR Department based at our OUH Cowley site at Unipart House.

The main aspects of your role will involve co-ordinating job vacancies from advertising, processing applications, inviting candidates to interview, co-ordinating pre-employment checks, then sending contracts of employment to individuals joining the Trust.

You will be responsible for a selection of departments that represents a cross-section of the organisation and you will be expected to manage your own workload.

This will involve liaising closely with recruiting managers and applicants to the Trust, all the time ensuring excellent customer service is maintained and deadlines are met.

You will have excellent keyboard skills and experience in dealing with a high volume of administration. You will also be able to demonstrate good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Most of all, you will display a commitment to providing an excellent recruitment service to the managers and applicants to the Trust.
