Workforce Analyst AFC Band 5

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workforce Analyst within Human Resources.

The role will play a key role in the management, extraction and presentation of workforce information from national and local sources. The post holder will also ensure data held by the Trust is of the highest quality and presented to the highest standards. In addition the role will support the development of relevant datasets to appropriately reflect the information needs of OUH FT and to develop and constantly seek improvements/efficiencies in data production and presentation.
