Human Resources Administrator

Based at the Churchill Hospital
Starting salary £16,522.75 (including Oxford living wage) progressing to £18,157 per annum

Full time but part time or flexible working arrangements will be considered for hours up to 37.5 per week

An exciting opportunity to work with the small Divisional HR team consisting of six friendly people. We need administrative support with all aspects of Human Resources, from organising training course dates, taking minutes, copying materials for induction programmes and recruitment events. We need documents scanned into our employee database as well as making daily contact with managers through e-mail and telephone.

You will receive training on our internal HR systems and support to learn new skills. There is a lot to learn and every day is interesting. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in HR within a busy hospital environment.

If you have some administrative experience that is helpful but training will be provided. You will need to be confident in dealing with people and answering the telephone. You should be able to complete tasks quickly and to a high accurate standard. You should also be comfortable learning new IT skills as there are many data reports that need to be sent to managers on a regular basis.
