Information Management and Technology Services (IM&T Services) provide support to Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust users as well as to a number of other Health organisations across Oxfordshire.  This involves supporting over 10,000 workstations and printers, circa 11,000 staff users of systems, and nearly 800 servers (over 75% virtual).  During 2018, IM&T Services responded to 135,000 calls and were involved in multiple projects.

Senior Service Desk Supervisor/Team Lead, (Permanent)

Salary Scale: Band 7 (£37,570 - £43,772) depending on qualifications and experience

Hours: 37.50 per week

This post has the technical leadership responsibility for delivering Service Desk systems and support and providing management of an efficient and responsive Service Desk for IM&TS customers, internal users and 3rd Party Service Desks/suppliers.  The post will also provide IM&TS Duty Manager cover.

To be successful in this position you will have experience of supervising a helpdesk/call centre facility; have experience of working in a customer focussed service environment and of supervising a team to deliver to shared objectives.
