Locum Consultant Hip and knee Surgeon


The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, part of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, would like to appoint a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a dynamic team of consultant hip and knee surgeons.


We have a vacancy in the hip and knee team for a locum consultant orthopaedic surgeon with a specialist interest in hip surgery.  The appointee will be expected to work flexibly within the hip and knee team and participate in the multi-disciplinary team in the management of patients with complex orthopaedic problems.  They will be expected to participate in the on-call rota.


All applications for consultant posts must either be on the General Medical Council’s Specialist Register or be within six months of obtaining their CCT at the time of interview.
