We have an exciting opportunity for a variety of hours within the Trusts Switchboard.  The post holder will be required to work days, evening, nights and weekends, including bank holidays, this may include some cover over Christmas, New Year and Easter, depending on your rota.

The Trust Switchboard answers calls, for all four sites and is an extremely busy and fast paced environment; your main duty is to answer calls from external and internal callers and to connect to the correct person/department.

Our team consists of up to 7 operators during the day and 2 during out of hours, and a supervisor on duty for majority of the day.
