Rotational Pathway Administrator

Ophthalmology

37.5 hours- Band 4

 

Due to the growth of the service an exciting opportunity has arisen and we are seeking to appoint a full time Rotational Pathway Administrator to join our friendly team within Ophthalmology.

This post is crucial to the on-going development of the service and would suit a candidate who has excellent organisational and communication skills. Full training will be given as the successful candidate will rotate around the Ophthalmology department covering admin roles where needed within the Patient Pathway Administrator, Waiting list and Outpatient Booking Teams. You will be expected to liaise with staff and colleagues at all levels. You will need to demonstrate initiative and flexibility in your approach and be able to work in a pressurised and busy environment.

 

Knowledge of the Trust's Electronic Patient Record System (EPR) and knowledge of elective access standards would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.

 

This position requires the demonstration of strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team member. If you are self-motivated, enthusiastic and keen to join our team then we would encourage you to apply.
