(LAS) Trauma Orthopaedic Registrar

The Trauma Unit, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.


To commence as soon as possible until 2rd September 2018


Candidates are invited to apply for a temporarily vacate Speciality Registrar position with the Trauma Unit, John Radcliffe Hospital.  The John Radcliffe Hospital is a designated Major Trauma Centre and working with us will provide a broad education in orthopaedic trauma management as well as exposure to specialist tertiary referral surgery. Although not a recognised training position, the successful candidate will work in a manner identical to those on the Oxford Regional Registrar Training Programme, and the educational opportunities will also be the same.


The successful candidate will participate in a 1:7 middle grade on-call rota.
