An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 2 admin officer within the Oxfordshire Breast Screening Service. The National Breast Screening Programme in Oxfordshire invites over 30,000 women annually for their mammogram via this office.

You will offer clerical support and assist with the smooth running of the office. Part of your time will be spent on reception duties where a friendly and outgoing nature and pleasant telephone manner are essential. Excellent keyboard skills are needed though training on NHS Breast Screening Computer System will be given.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
