An opportunity has arisen to join the Patient Contact Centre at OUH Cowley.
The postholder will be one of a team of Call Centre Agents who professionally assist patients and their representatives with their appointment or query. The team deal with both telephone calls and emails relating to all Services across the four Hospital Sites and also assist with GP queries.
