Radiology Appointments Clerk

Band 3. Full Time 37.5 hours Monday – Friday- 9.00am-5.00pm 

 

The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre Radiology Department currently has a vacancy for a full time Appointments clerk/reception clerk.

  The role is interesting and varied and you would join an already established team in providing this important service. You need to be highly motivated and flexible across all the modalities as this role involves working closely with the existing appointments and medical staff to provide a first class service to our patients and colleagues.

You will need excellent communication skills, and have empathy and negotiating skills when dealing with patients and all levels of staff.

Enthusiasm and the ability to work without direct supervision are essential and experience in EPR, CRIS and medical terminology would be advantageous, but full training will be given.
