Band 3. Full and Part Time vacancies

The Radiology Appointments Hub currently has vacancies for Appointments  Co-ordinators based at the John Radcliffe.

If you are organised, highly motivated with excellent communication skills you could be who we are looking for.

You would join a well- established team who provide a professional appointment booking service for Radiology.

The role is interesting, challenging and varied and you need to be highly motivated. You will need empathy and patience along with excellent negotiating skills.   Once trained, you will work flexibly across all the modalities.

You will be working closely with the existing appointments and medical staff to provide a first class service to all our patients and colleagues whilst maximising our capacity to meet the demands on our service.

You will need excellent communication skills, and have empathy and negotiating skills when dealing with patients and all levels of staff.

Enthusiasm and the ability to work without direct supervision are essential and experience in EPR and medical terminology would be advantageous, but full training will be given.
