Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Fellow in Pleural Diseases in the Oxford Centre for Respiratory Medicine at the Churchill Hospital, in Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The post will provide training in Pleural Disease and Interventions under the supervision of the  Pleural Team.

This is a fixed term post for one year initially.  The post will provide extensive experience in the outpatient and diagnostic management of Pleural Disease including medical thoracoscopy, IPC insertion and management, advanced ultrasound skills and image guided pleural biopsy.  The Oxford Pleural Unit is highly research active, and in addition to the clinical experience above, there will be opportunities to attend regular respiratory educational meetings and pursue interests in teaching or research.  Some experience in the management of Pleural Disease is desirable but not absolutely necessary. Salary level will depend on seniority and experience.

Salary- £31,217.00 pa - £49,086.00 pa - banding supplement may be applicable
