We are looking for a motivated, committed Assistant Pathway Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied role, experience in a patient focused role along with EPR and 18 weeks rules are an advantage, however full training will be given.  You will be required to deal with patients enquiries, schedule both outpatient and inpatient appointments, manage dictations systems and general office duties.   The post holder will work in close liaison with the Spinal Consultants and relevant services e.g. pre-admission/admissions, theatres, Out patients. The ideal candidate will like working in a challenging varied role, will require attention to detail and enjoy working under pressure and to tight deadlines.  Good customer service skill and organisations skills are essential along with a can do attitude to join Spinal Administration Service. 

This post is initially on a fixed term contract for 1 year to cover maternity leave.
