Are you a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with ambition and an interest in stroke?

We are advertising for the first time for Advanced Nurse Practitioners for the stroke service at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. (OUH NHS FT)

These are newly created posts to support the treatment, care and pathways of patients who have had strokes within Oxfordshire.

OUH NHS FT will be providing a 24 hour service for thrombectomy and thrombolysis for stroke patients.

We are seeking motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioners who would like to be part of this exciting new development within our service.

The Stroke Advanced Nurse Practitioner will have an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and will be expected to support the assessment and delivery of care of all patients including thrombectomy and thrombolysis. This will include attending and supporting the delivery of thrombectomy treatment in the cath labs. They will also be expected to support the development of trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Stroke Specialist Nurses.
