1 x 35 Hour per week available on a 4 week rota which is not negotiable.


We have an exciting opportunity for a variety of hours within the Trusts Switchboard.  The post holder may be required to work a variety of shifts which may include some Night & Weekend cover.

As this is a 24/7 department you will be expected to work Christmas, New Year and Easter, if this is your rostered shift.


Training will be Monday – Friday between 08:00 & 20:00


The Trust Switchboard answers calls, for all four sites and is an extremely busy and fast paced environment; your main duty is to answer calls from external and internal callers and to connect to the correct person/department.


Our team consists of up to 8 operators during the day and 2 during out of hours, and a supervisor on duty for majority of the day.
