The Oxford Pain Service operates across the three sites of the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust, including the Outpatient Pain Management Centre (PMC).

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse, band 5, to join our multidisciplinary pain team working in the PMC, based at the Churchill Hospital.

 

The Oxford Pain Management Centre provides international pain management techniques.  The role  is very varied with the opportunity to work in both the treatment room and recovery area.  As a staff nurse in our department you will work alongside the senior nursing team to deliver a high quality service that includes nurse-led clinics.  Full training and support will be provided.

 

A suitable candidate will have a minimum of one year’s nursing experience within the NHS and excellent communication skills.

 

This is a full time post, 37.5 hours per week; part-time hours will be considered, worked flexibly between 08.30 and 17.30 hours Monday to Friday.
