The Oxfordshire Sexual Health Service is looking to appoint a receptionist to join the admin team in providing efficient and effective reception services at the Churchill Hospital. A post is available on Saturday mornings whose main duties will include working at the reception desk of the sexual health clinic at the Churchill, booking appointments, and the preparation of patient records for weekly clinics.

 

Working hours: 8.30am – 1.00pm.

 

The successful applicant will have NHS experience of working with electronic patient records and a strong desire to provide good customer service. A high appreciation of confidentiality and sensitivity is essential, along with an excellent and sympathetic telephone manner.
